How to order with us
Contact us with your order. Upon receiving your order, we will send you an invoice for the total charges with shipping.
Wholesale Pricing
All authorised retailers will receive 50% off the RRP. The cost of shipping is added to your invoice.
Display and Packaging
All prints arrive either framed or unframed. Our unframed prints are wrapped in cellophane sleeves with a cardboard backing. All our products must be sold in their original packaging. If you have any questions regarding the way our items are packaged or need display ideas, feel free to email us at britainillustrated@gmail.com
Opening Orders
A minimum order of £100 is required on opening orders. Initial orders for new accounts must be paid for before items are shipped out. We will contact you with your order total and an invoice. Net 14 day terms are offered to returning retailers with an established relationship with Britain Illustrated.
Re-orders
£60 minimum order is required for re-orders.

Late Payment Charge

Late payments are subject to a 15% late fee for every 14 days
Changes to orders
​
Any changes to orders must be emailed to britainillustrated@gmail.com within 24 hours.

Delivery and Shipping
​
Though your shipment will likely go out sooner, please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to ship. Shipping/handling charges will be calculated and added to your order total when the order is ready to ship. Royal Mail tracked and signed delivery is used at present. We reserve the right to use our discretion as to the carrier to be used on any shipment.
Damages/Defects

Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Please contact us at britainillustrated@gmail.com within 5 days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments. Returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 15 days after receipt.
Returns/Exchanges
​
Wholesale merchandise may not be returned as our prints are made to order. We only accept returns in the case of defective merchandise.
